The flame explodes wildly.

Everyone jumps back.

R-18 gathers his own followers inside Zone Zero.
Unlike Ruel, he teaches suppression.
"You must restrain your instincts," he says.
"Emotion weakens power."

One group learns freedom.
The other learns control.
Both believe they are right.

In his lab, Saif reviews data from both groups.
He smiles.

Operation Containment begins.
Armored vehicles surround Ruel's factory.
Loudspeakers shout:
"Surrender immediately."

Some of the awakened panic.
Others prepare to fight.
Ruel raises his hand.
"No one attacks."

Missiles fire.
The building explodes.
Ruel spreads a massive flame barrier to protect everyone.
But the attack continues.
Scene 10: R-18 Interferes
Suddenly, the temperature drops.
R-18's suppression field spreads across the battlefield.
All flames disappear instantly.
Both sides freeze.
Scene 11: Tension Between Rivals
Ruel steps forward.
"You're stopping us again."
R-18 replies calmly,
"I'm stopping chaos."
Scene 12: Unexpected Arrival
Before the fight can start—
The air suddenly becomes silent.
R-00 appears.
The battlefield becomes still.
Scene 13: The Balance Breaks
R-00 looks at the burning ruins.
"You've already started the war."
Ruel clenches his fists.
R-18 remains silent.
Scene 14: A Terrifying Display
R-00 lifts one hand.
Every weapon stops working.
Every flame disappears.
Every machine shuts down.
The entire battlefield becomes powerless.
Scene 15: The New Rule
R-00 looks at both leaders.
"If either of you continues this war…"
"…I will erase your power."
He disappears again.
Leaving behind a city ready to explode.
