Pushh baby push, a young man's high pitched voice sounded. I am baby, i am, you're stressing me out. The woman lying on the bed with her legs open cried out, sounding out of breath.

Damian winced, No baby, i... "i was just trying to help".
Help???.... Help Me?? You aren't helping, all you're doin.... UAhhhhh and before she could finish her line of words, she let out a loud scream. Seemingly from the depth of her being.
Sir, i think it would be best if you would sit this one to the professionals. Another Waman's slightly rushed voices sounded, wearing full centralized nurse wear "with her face covered with a blue mask and wearing a scrub spoke up".
Saying that, she opened her arms on the sides to the man and pointed to a corner of the table near the bed.
Making sure he got the cue to open up space without touching his hands full of dorito crumbs in order not to contaminate her nurse wear.
After shoeing the man, she took a few steps to the front of the woman and spoke aloud. Mam!! please take 2 fast breaths and a deep exhale then push on the exhale!

Saying that, the nurse cleaned up the baby and rolled her in cloth.
Why is he not crying, is there something wrong with my baby? Lucy asked looking at the nurse, blonde hair damp and sweat rolling on her face.
Well, "although crying is ideally crucial" it is not the only sign of health ma'am.
If a baby is warm, being quite while alert and most essentially if he is breathing clearly with good lung expansion without the interference of mucus and amniotic fluids he is considered as a healthy load of healthy. The nurse answered with a smile while giving the baby to Lucy.
Ohh, i didn't know that, Lucy spoke in a soft tone as she stared at her newborn. Well, "i did" Damion spoke up from his corner while approaching. You see, the baby might not be able to register the temperature shock which is a result of.... before Damian could finish his trivia, his wife stopped him.
Urrgghhh can you please stop being a nerd for a day, i am tired, sweaty and i think i have a fever. So just stop please!! Of course there was no real heat in what she was saying but she really did want to rest.
Go with the nurse to get paperwork or something, i want to sleep for a few hours. Lucy spoke up again.

The nurse gave Lucy a look of jealousy or was it pity, Jealousy because not many couples coming in her can have such chemistry and pity because well, he looks stressful....
I'll give you mother and father a few minutes then I'll have to take him from you so you can have your sleep, the nurse spoke up and went outside.
A few minutes later the nurse returned, took the baby followed by the father who at the moment was claiming and patting his chest to his wife that he won't let the hospital mismatch their baby after telling her the statistics of babies mismatched after birth, BUT the silver lining is that he was not going into much detail because he didn't want to take away his wife's sleep time "which the nurse nurse even doubts if the woman is going to be able to sleep after just being casually spoon-fed kidnapping statistics of children"....looking back at the woman's wide eyes which were boring holes at her and her husband back confirmed> "she is not sleeping today".
Mc Pov
I guess I am born now, our Mc thought as he opened to his eyes "which immediately to his dismay".
He estimated to only be able to see and focus on objects about 15 to 18 centimetres away. Slightly better than other newborns.
Well, I guess I am born a normal baby… not like those other transmigrators who could see clearly just after birth. He was though able to see his parents which, the first thing that came into mind was "they are young" … his father was maybe nineteen or just at twenty-one years old at max with his mother being a little older at her mid-twenties about 25 years old at max.
When he thought reincarnation, he thought being adopted by Martha and Jonathan which in hindsight was stupid.
Hmmm, I can't hear either… well I can hear but it sounds more like I'm in deep water were waves make it impossible to hear. Thought Lucian as he tried to reach his fingers in his ears but failing spectacularly.
Well, at the very least he didn't need to look around or listen to stuff as his thoughts were already on how to plan his eventual future, which "also to his dismay" … his thoughts couldn't reach that far. It was like his mind forgot his first plans when he went to the continuity or the start of the second plan.
"Well, he couldn't do anything at this point in time" until the nurses removed the fluids in his ears so…. when in doubt, do what babies do…. which is to sleep and maybe wake up fine at home.
General Pov
Babe, have you fed the baby yet?! A crisp male voice full of panic sounded as Damian spoke. He was holding his newborn baby who was crying ceaselessly.
Yes', a few minutes ago, said an equally panicked feminine voice as running footsteps echoed throughout the corridor of the house as Lucy entered the room hair damp and wearing only a towel and a pair of slippers.
A few days have passed since coming home and things haven't exactly been flowers and sunshine as, "they lacked sleep". The baby has been a problem; having to be woken up at 2am because the child couldn't hold his shit or was hungry every 2 hours. They also discovered that all their preparations weren't enough.
They forgot to buy diapers and wipes but thanks to the hospital for putting (FREE) diapers and wipes conveniently near the baby cradles at the hospital they didn't need to worry about those.
They also forgot a few things such as buying a mattress and fitted sheets for the crib. The know it all (Damian) has been doing everything in the house plus his own studies which made him forget or not think about that stuff. Which is quite a feat considering he has Partial Eidetic memory. (Basically, super nerfed photographic memory).
I'm gonna check his diaper! Damian spoke as he looked at his newborn, slight panic still etched his brows as he's never heard his son cry this long and hard before. And according to his memory of the types of cries Lucian does, this seems to be of pain.
To our Mc who will be known as Lucian. "His father's voice sounded like music to the ears" maybe his father was truly an angel because his ass burns. Some might say it's a little too much crying like that, after all he could be considered a young man of more than 18 years of age, but he couldn't care less. Masking his body's pain is stupid.
He wondered if other reincarnates also went through the same experiences he did like waking up, drinking milk, sleeping and every person's dark past.... shitting himself, not because he wanted to but because his digestive system was still immature and he also lacked muscle control.
Even trying was no use as his body felt like it wasn't his. An example would be to imagine trying to raise a hand and a leg rose up.
His mind had gotten far better at processing information, but it still wasn't enough for what he wanted to plan out so he'd have to wait for a few days. What irked him more though was the fact that his family wasn't rich, not even moderately so just maybe falling at the top of the middle class.
What gave it away? The house was nice, new and huge but lacked that flair rich people houses had. And the way his parents were discussing selling his father's car with frowns of worry on their faces to also be short on a few thousand dollars even if they could sell the car.
This situation didn't need much thought as it was probably his mistake in the way he used his wording as he said my "family" instead of my parents, so my grandparents probably have my money, he sighed.
Don't get me wrong but It's not like i couldn't become insanely rich by myself, i just thought it would be easier with rich capital on on my hands... As they say the richer get richer.
And as for his supposedly possessed powers, he could feel himself constantly feeling warmth flow all around his body, something was strengthening him, but he couldn't feel it's source and it wasn't that much, just a strand of energy at a time.
The energy however was just strengthening him all around and not getting stored somewhere in his body which is a pity as he thought he could be throwing rasengans at this age but strengthening his base self is fine too.
