"Useless." Colonel Nezumi looked at Helmeppo with contempt: "Even though you're useless, only I can hit you. No one can discipline you without my permission."
Colonel Nezumi then looked at Luffy: "Pirate, are you ready to die?"

And with that blow, Colonel Nezumi could no longer get up.
Just then, a group of Marines walked in.
Luffy and the green-haired man initially thought it would be another tough fight, but then they saw the Marines salute Luffy and the green-haired man, then carry away the unconscious Colonel Nezumi.
