Rosalind Lowell, Alaric Davenport, and his two bodyguards arrived at the tracked location: Veridian Mountain. The mountain was still undeveloped, so it was safe to say they were the only ones there.
Alaric Davenport was a little surprised to see she had come by herself. "You came alone?"
Rosalind Lowell rolled her eyes. "Well, how many people was I supposed to bring?"
Alaric Davenport looked away. "I thought you would come with him."
Hearing this, Rosalind suddenly remembered she'd forgotten to tell Opal where she was going. She pulled out her phone, only to find there was no signal.
She sighed softly. "Why would those people bring my Crystal to this godforsaken place?"
"Their last signal disappeared here. I've posted men at every possible access point, and no one has been seen coming down from the mountain."
"So?"
"Hm?"
