Because it was a system-generated item, it wasn't destroyed by the Plasma Cannon. The pistol held by the older of the Lucky Sister Flowers, on the other hand, was damaged.
Calling it a "drop" wasn't entirely accurate. The item was on her person, so this was technically looting a corpse. If it had been in the survivor's inventory, he definitely wouldn't have been able to obtain it, given his status as a violator.
Survivors, of course, have inventories—one hundred cubic meters each.
Qi Suian had one too, but because of his violator status, he could only take items out, not put them in.
Then, after he killed five survivors, his inventory was sealed completely. Now he couldn't even open it. He was at a loss for words.
Thankfully, he had the Subspace Stable Pocket, so he wasn't worried about having nowhere to store things.
'It seems my permission to get drops from killing survivors has also been revoked.'

The good news, however, was that he had obtained the knowledge for the skill called 'Lowest-Tier Enchantment: Poison'. The bad news was that he couldn't use it like a survivor; he'd have to figure out how to use it on his own.
Fortunately, the skill's description panel could be opened.

The Low-level Poison Element Attachment Magic, having come directly from a Fantasy World to his Profound World without any modifications, had a major compatibility issue right off the bat.
He had no Magic Power, so he couldn't use it. This meant the so-called Low-Level Elemental Attachment Technique was useless in his hands.
And as for a so-called substitute, where was he supposed to find one?
Secondly, there were the poisons. The materials listed in the Low-level Poison Element Attachment Magic... he had never even heard of them in his world, let alone knew where to find them.
Saliva of a Lava Lizard, eyes of a Black-tongued Ghost Toad... every single one was a product of a Fantasy World.

This Low-level Poison Element Attachment Magic was about as thick as a math textbook, and its contents involved a large amount of material that Qi Suian couldn't understand.
'I can only shelve this for now. It won't be too late to learn it after my knowledge base has grown.'
As for letting his Cerebrum analyze it, the AI didn't have the time. It had to teach Qi Suian all sorts of knowledge while also maintaining the Tai Sui God, running surveillance, handling operations, and so on.
Given the Tai Sui God's current number of evolutions, it simply wasn't enough to support so many of the Cerebrum's operations. If he had it start analyzing the Low-level Poison Element Attachment Magic, efficiency in other areas would drop.
Qi Suian didn't have a great need for the Low-level Poison Element Attachment Magic. He could even do without it entirely.
However, he absolutely could not neglect his other duties.
'It's a trap, but it's also reasonable. After all, I'm a violator, so it's normal to be targeted.' Qi Suian quickly adjusted his mindset.
He was definitely angry. After all, a passive skill had been turned into an active one that consumed his resources. No one would be happy about that.
More importantly, he couldn't even use it!

"Don't analyze it." Qi Suian rejected the idea immediately. Why would he waste time analyzing this thing?
"Head to Materials Lab Branch Fifteen."
Now that the Holy Widow and the Lucky Sister Flowers were dealt with, it was time to think about evolving the Tai Sui Divine Armor.
