Lianne broke the seal, pulled the documents from the manila envelope, and glanced through them. They were contracts for a villa near her school and a Chinese restaurant. With just her signature, they would all be hers.
Sandra Shaw took a fountain pen and a seal from the storage compartment and handed them to her. "The Chinese restaurant does good business abroad. The food is authentic, so it should be to your liking."
Although the housekeeper at the villa could cook both Chinese and Western food, the restaurant held a different significance. Aside from her daily meals, she could also take friends there for social gatherings.
Seth Sinclair's people were meticulous and thorough. Lianne didn't need to carefully inspect the clauses in the documents. Ever since she had chosen him, she had basically gone along with his arrangements for her life.
