"I'm not staying here." Lianne's relaxed nerves instantly tensed at his words. She looked up at Seth Sinclair, her gaze wary.
"I have a place to stay."
"It's been following you." Seth Sinclair glanced sideways at God of Fortune behind her, the corner of his thin lips twitching. "Where are you planning on luring my dog away to?"
Lianne followed his gaze and looked back. The large Tibetan Mastiff was staying extremely close, following her almost everywhere she went.
"Why is your dog following me?" Lianne's delicate brows furrowed slightly, completely baffled.
Seth Sinclair's gaze landed on her fair face. "Ask it."
God of Fortune's jet-black eyes were bright, staring unblinkingly at Lianne. Lianne met its gaze for a moment, rendered speechless.
'Even if I dared to ask, it's not like it could answer.'
Lianne gave up on communicating with the dog and turned to Seth Sinclair. "Can't you put it on a leash?"
