"I'm fine. Are you okay?" Ivy Holden asked, her eyes scanning Jensen Morrison from head to toe.
"I'm fine." Jensen Morrison reached out to adjust Ivy Holden's shawl, then pulled her into his arms and whispered in her ear, "There really was something wrong with that herbal tea. We'll find an excuse to leave early in a bit."
A chill went down Ivy Holden's spine!
'If there's a problem with the tea, that means there's a problem at home.'
The two elders at home were her Achilles' heel; she couldn't bear the thought of anything happening to them, not even the slightest mishap.
Ivy Holden immediately took her phone out of her handbag and called Bill Holden. "Arrange for someone to take the two little ones to my apartment. Immediately!"
Although Bill Holden didn't know what exactly was happening, he knew Ivy Holden must have a good reason. He hung up immediately and called his subordinates, telling them to get Stefan Cheney and Sarah Holden away as quickly as possible.
