"No, you stay here and hold down the fort at the office. It's getting late. Go to bed." After saying that, Ivy Holden stood up and went into the restroom.
The next morning, Ivy Holden took Bill Holden, picked up Desmond Draper, two people from the accounting firm arranged by Evan Sterling, and a security detail of twelve, and drove straight to Draconia. The GPS was set directly for The Jade Pavilion.
The Jade Pavilion was located in the middle of Draconia's busiest commercial street. Street parking was difficult, so Bill Holden had found an underground parking garage in advance, and the convoy of cars drove right in.
As they got out of the cars, Desmond Draper whispered to Ivy Holden, "Young boss, as the saying goes, harmony breeds wealth. When we see Leon Summers in a bit, let's try our best not to lose our temper, okay?"
"Mm, Mr. Draper, don't worry. I won't stoop to her level." Ivy Holden gave Desmond Draper a reassuring smile.
