During the editing process, all of Lindsay Walsh's solo scenes were cut, and some of her scenes with Harlan were trimmed as well. Before she could even get angry about it, more bad news arrived—a text from Harlan that read, "Let's break up."
"Are you crazy?!" Lindsay Walsh said, staring at her phone screen.
Her manager stood up impatiently. "Lindsay, you really went too far this time. You used to treat newcomers like this, and no one would say a thing. Some would even suck up to you for their own fame and future. But this is Lady Eden! How could you? Think about Melody Reese! Think about Evelyn Halloway! Do you really think you're a bigger star than them? You tried to step on her? How much water is in your brain?!"
"I didn't try to step on her! I was just trying to get on her good side, to ride her coattails! Isn't that what you told me to do?!"
