Jensen Morrison glanced at Phoebe Buck on the terrace and asked in a low voice, "Is there something off about her?"
Ivy Holden watched Jensen Morrison warily, her lips pressed together in silence.
"You don't have to look at me like that. A quick search was all it took to find out she's close with Leila Lane. Phoebe Buck's mother is Leila Lane's aunt, which makes them cousins. Leila Lane's parents divorced when she was young, so most people have forgotten about the connection. But blood ties aren't something you can just erase."
"Why?" Ivy Holden wasn't wearing any makeup. Her face was pale, and her gaze was as cold as ice.
"What do you mean, 'why'?" Jensen Morrison asked, confused.
"The super-deluxe suite. Why?" Ivy Holden's brows furrowed slightly, and her gaze grew even colder.
Jensen Morrison's good mood instantly evaporated. "No reason," he said coolly.
