Song Ciwan went to bid Yun Yue farewell, but was informed that the Grand Elder wished to see her.
Song Ciwan was more than willing to meet the Grand Elder of the Spirit Star Race before leaving the Giant Spirit Realm, so she readily accepted.
The Grand Elder of the Spirit Star Race resided in the heart of the Flower Country, upon a great peony beside the Peony Flower King.
The enormous peony had layers upon layers of double petals, its fragrance so dense it turned the surrounding thousands of feet into a censer. When the wind blew, this sea of aroma undulated, making the very air seem to have a tangible color.
It was the color of the flowers' fragrance—enchanting and intoxicating.
Yun Yue led Song Ciwan to land on the peony, and the first thing she did was close her eyes in rapture.
