Song Ciwan learned from her conversation with Yun Yue that the insect problem in the Giant Spirit Realm had once been extremely severe.
This realm was lush with flora. Seemingly ordinary blades of grass could grow dozens of zhang tall. The mountains, rivers, flowers, and trees were all immense, and so too were this world's insects.
The insects were enormous and reproduced rapidly. Once an infestation took hold, the plants and trees would be devoured in a short time.
The Spirit Star Race, however, lived on the dew from plants, so the vitality of the flora in their territory was indispensable.
To prevent the insects from devouring all the vegetation in their territory, the Spirit Star Race waged a long-standing war against the pests.
After countless years of struggle, the Spirit Star Race eventually developed the masterful art of Raising and Taming Insects!
