The development of the New World was tentatively scheduled for two weeks from now, but the three of them were set to meet in one week. Ostensibly, it was to finalize the battle plan, but in reality... it was because Isaac wanted to meet Angel in person to confirm her intentions and make sure Philo wasn't taking her for a ride.
After receiving Isaac's promise, Philo left immediately. Isaac, in turn, set aside his other tasks and began to seriously read a book Philo had brought him—a strategy guide for developing the New World.
"New World" was the designation for secondary spaces with a complete set of rules. Because these rules were so well-developed, these spaces were similar to the Real World in many respects—but only in many respects.
