It either had to nearly infinitely expand the Real World's territory, like the Endless Sea and the Endless Wilderness, thereby strengthening the Real World's foundation...
...or it had to have a profound impact on the paths of Transcendents, like the Cabin in the Woods, the Arcanist, and the goblin-and-Goblin-Slayer combination.
The Great Creation of the goblin and Goblin Slayer, in particular, was a prime example!
