Above the magnificent, multicolored surface of the Star Sea, a Flying Winged Fire Dragon zipped past, carving a massive wake into the water. The great commotion startled many Star Beasts beneath the surface, and they launched their attacks.
But while the Flying Winged Fire Dragon was only a Sub-dragon Species, its flight speed was nearly on par with a Pure-blooded Giant Dragon. The vast majority of the Star Beasts' attacks couldn't catch it.
The few Star Beasts whose attacks were fast enough lacked the power to do any real damage. Their strikes against the Flying Winged Fire Dragon were little more than an annoyance, not even enough to make it slow down.
This was because even in the Star Sea, not all Star Beasts—even those heavily influenced by the Power of Star God—were exceptionally powerful. The vast majority were still Tier One or Tier Two. However, as products of the Power of Star God, there were no Non-Rank Star Beasts; the lowest was Tier One.
