"Sorry, we've been a bit busy lately. This is all we have." In the empty castle, Lorna handed Caesar a cup of store-bought black tea, a faint blush on her cheeks in embarrassment.
Caesar didn't mind. He took the black tea and looked Lorna over with curiosity before nodding in satisfaction.
Lorna tilted her head in confusion, not quite understanding why Caesar had nodded. She said nothing, however, and quietly retreated with the tray. It was a bit impolite, but she was busy.
Besides, there was something about Caesar's gratified gaze that inexplicably made her blush...

After Lorna left the room, Caesar slowly sipped his black tea. The smile faded from his face, replaced by a grave expression.
Isaac was making such a huge move that it would have been impossible for him not to notice.
