The Divine Birth Ceremony used a Tier Three Artificial Divine Format as its core, at least ten years' worth of Faith from the people of a medium-sized Kingdom, and the Concept that would form the Deity's Authority. With these components, there was a certain probability of creating a Deity of at least Tier Six!
