Isman Valley was located in the Reyno Mountain Range, over fifty kilometers north of Nebula City. The Reyno Mountain Range was one of Nebula City's crucial trade routes, so it was naturally not a peaceful place. Where there was profit, there was conflict.
And since it was a trade route for Nebula City, the profits at stake were clearly enormous.
As such, the vast Reyno Mountain Range was home to a large number of bandits.
