Fortunately for Wizards, as long as they understood the bulk of a spell's information, they could cast it directly. This was unlike Knights, who had to spend a great deal of time practicing before they could master their Combat Techniques.
Of course, the time a Wizard spent studying a spell's information was equivalent to the time a Knight spent practicing Combat Techniques.
Naturally, since Heavy Pressure Hell was a Privilege Magic Isaac had created himself, he knew all its information by heart. He could use it right away without needing to spend any time studying it.
