Finally, besides the extremely high risks, a normal Transformation Spell would result in a form one Tier lower than the caster's own. Only a handful of geniuses could cultivate their transformation to match their own Tier.
But someone like Bahamut could transform into a form one Tier *higher* than himself—and a High Level like Tier Five at that!
One could only imagine how difficult that was...
