Xun Yu moved on command. With a WHOOSH, a Wind Blade shot straight for Hu Ya's face.
Hu Ya's eyes widened in terror. She scrambled backward on all fours, screaming, "AH! Tiger Yao, save me!!"
Just as the Wind Blade was about to slice through Hu Ya's neck, Tiger Yao, who had been on his last breath, lunged forward with all his might, shielding her with his body.

The Wind Blade buried itself in his chest, shredding his heart.
Tiger Yao spat out a mouthful of blood. The light faded from his eyes as he collapsed, lifeless. His body reverted from its human form to its original beast form.
Hu Ya didn't even spare him a glance, scrambling away as fast as she could. But how could she possibly outrun Xun Yu's Wind Blade?
