Seeing Yu An staring blankly, looking completely thunderstruck, Lan Yin gave a helpless smile. "Alright, alright, I'll stop teasing you."
He pulled the clothes from the bed, his fishtail transforming back into a pair of legs. He got dressed, then pulled Yu An down to sit beside him on the edge of the bed.
"An'an, I have something to tell you."
Lan Yin hesitated, as if he was having trouble finding the words. But when he met Yu An's questioning gaze, he finally began to speak.
"An'an, as you can see, Lan Ying and I are in separate bodies right now. But it's only temporary. Once we leave here, we'll have to share a body again."
