"Can't get in?" Bai Qingye's aircraft successfully docked with Jensen's. He'd just seen Jensen lingering on the perimeter, apparently with no intention of entering.
"Yeah, I don't know what's going on."
"I should have clearance." Jensen was frustrated too. He had tried several times but couldn't break through the invisible barrier.
"Let me try, then." Qiong'an didn't know how to pilot an aircraft, so he had waited quite a while for Bai Qingye to come and pick him up.
Before he left, his unreliable older brother had insisted on coming along. It took all of Qiong'an's effort to trap Yiduo on Hailan Star.
Luckily, his father the emperor had returned just in time. He would never let his precious eldest son go on such a dangerous adventure. With his father keeping watch on Hailan Star, Qiong'an was sure Yiduo couldn't escape.
'My own reason was much more legitimate, though,' he thought. 'Going out to find my Female Master. What could be more reasonable and lawful than that?'
