The sudden, unfamiliar voice successfully halted the men's advances on Su Yuhan. Pei Jihao turned toward the sound, a look of annoyance on his face at having been interrupted.

Xia Xuyang said nothing. He strode forward and kicked away the men blocking Su Yuhan, grabbing her by the wrist and pulling her behind him.

"You!" Pei Jihao was about to fly into a rage but was stopped by a bodyguard who recognized Xia Xuyang.
"Mr. Pei, he's the young master of the Xia family."
"The Xia family?" Pei Jihao froze. He sized Xia Xuyang up and down, then frowned. "As I recall, the young master of the Xia family is only in high school. He's not this old."
