"It remodels your body and Divine Soul into a form capable of accepting the rules. Only then can the Fire of Rules be born!"
"To put it simply, you can think of burning Divinity as adding points to your own stats. You keep adding them until your Divine Soul and physical body are perfected."
Hearing this, Zhang Yi nodded.
Dad really is the best. His explanations are always so easy to understand.
"As for those Demigods who only burn 100 points of Divinity, it all depends on the foundation they've previously built for their bodies and Divine Souls. However, based on the experience gathered over three eras regarding this step of a Demigod's ascension—igniting the Divine Fire—we know that 550 points of Divinity is enough for even a completely ordinary Demigod to perfect both their body and Divine Soul."
"Therefore, son, you don't necessarily need all 550 points of Divinity. But don't worry. When the time comes, your grandfather will arrange the perfect place for you."
