Silently, the west gate of the War Fortress was opened.
The Moon Shadow Hunter and Silver Moon Knight, two cavalry corps composed of Moon Elves, blended into the night and moonlight, slipping silently out of the War Fortress.
Whether it was the Moon Shadow Leopards ridden by the female Moon Elves or the Moon Shadow Tigers ridden by the male Moon Elves,
their mounts all did their best to spread the soft pads on their paws, reducing the sounds they made.
Utterly silent, only a cold killing intent permeated the darkness!
The two cavalry corps were extremely familiar with the terrain around the Dwarf War Fortress, having even conducted numerous military drills there.
Aided by shadows and moonlight,
they precisely bypassed the overt and hidden sentries deployed by the Vampire Corps.
These Vampire sentries simply couldn't believe that any other clan would launch a sneak attack on them at night!
They firmly believed that they were the sole hunters of the night!
