Jin Wan slowly picked up a doll, hugged it to her chest, and walked over to sit down beside Jiang Zheyu.
"I put Gu Sui back in prison," Jin Wan said slowly.
Hearing this, Jiang Zheyu looked even more surprised. "You don't like him anymore?"
'That can't be right. Jin Wan is so driven by love; how could she possibly let Gu Sui go so quickly?'
Then Jiang Zheyu realized the Little Princess of the Empire had said she put him *back in prison*, not that she let him go.
"I thought you meant you let him go free," Jiang Zheyu added under her breath.
"Didn't you say I should keep him imprisoned by my side and never let him leave?" Jin Wan glanced at Jiang Zheyu. "Besides, if I let him go, it would be a long time before I saw him again, and I might even never see him again."
So, naturally, she couldn't let him leave.
After spending these past few days together, Jin Wan's idealized image of Gu Sui shattered.
