For example, when a professor takes attendance, the first thing they ask is, "Where's your class president?"
Oh, the class president is leading the charge in skipping class.
Wouldn't that be a disaster?
So, giving all the class president's duties to Jiang Yuan was the most logical arrangement.
Jiang Yuan froze on the spot after hearing what Xue Rui said. 'Xue Rui means he's handing everything over to me to handle?'
The head teacher had delegated all authority, and Xue Rui wasn't managing anything. Logically, she should have the most say in the class now, but for some reason, Jiang Yuan couldn't bring herself to be happy about it.
'She has the title of vice president, but she's the one doing all the work?'
'If things go well, Xue Rui gets the credit. If they don't, it's all my fault…'
'She felt that Xue Rui had become class president purely to piss her off!'
