Chapter 2 - Chapter 2-

Hello, I am Nyra… and this is my story. For two days I've been trapped in this tunnel — dark, cold, and endless. The walls echo my silence, the air tastes of dust, and the shadows press closer with every heartbeat. Yet even here, I will speak.

It all started in a rainy evening where the sky seemed to cry endlessly and the streets shimmered with the shadow, our laughter cut through the endless drizzle, as we hurried towards the mall. Our plan was very simple- to shop for our trip to Manali, a trip we had been dreaming for weeks.

The malls glass door swung open as we were coming in, A scent of chocolates and perfumes followed soon after.

The sound of chatter, footsteps, and distant music wrapped around us like a blanket. Samara's eyes sparkled as she scanned the glowing storefronts.

"Which shop should we go to first?" she asked, her voice full of excitement.

glanced at Inaaya, who was already distracted by a window display of colorful jackets. My stomach growled, reminding me of the long day behind us.

"Let's go to a restaurant to eat first," I suggested, imagining the tasteful food the mall.

Samara grinned, "Food first, You always think with your stomach Nyra." Inaaya laughed, dragging us toward the glowing sign of a cozy restaurant tucked in the corner of the mall. The glass windows were fogged from the rain outside, and inside, warm yellow lights flickered across the shiny tables. The smell of butter and spices drifted out as the door opened, wrapping us in hunger.

We found a booth near the window, drops of rain sliding down the glass like tiny little river. The chatter of other customers mixed with the clinking of plates, and for a moment, everything felt safe, ordinary, and perfect.

But sometimes, the most ordinary evenings hide the beginnings of extraordinary stories. I didn't know it then, but this dinner would be the last normal memory before everything changed before the tunnel, before the silence, before The Journey of Nobody truly began.
