The server rushed out and was quickly replaced by another.
"I'm sorry for the wait. Are you ready to order now?"
"Yes..."
This new server had a professional and responsible attitude. They even asked about any dietary restrictions—a world of difference from the part-timer before.
"That'll be all. And please make it quick."
"Of course. Please wait a moment."
With that, the server took the order slip and left the private room.
"I haven't been to this restaurant many times. Usually, I only come when the Lu Family is holding an auction."
He hadn't expected to run into such a bizarre waitress when he brought Yun Zijin here.
'Proper servers are terrified of things like this happening, yet she threw herself at the situation. Did she think she hadn't embarrassed herself enough?'
When that woman tried to press against him, Lu Yunque almost broke out in a cold sweat.
'Good thing I reacted quickly. If she had touched me, I would have felt truly filthy!'
