Hearing the familiar voice on the phone, the expression on Yun Zijin's face immediately fell.
"Isn't the Xia Family about to declare bankruptcy? Are you calling me now to give me a good laugh?"
Yun Zijin's words were dripping with sarcasm. On the other end of the line, Xia Zhiyun was silent for a long moment.
"Yun Zijin, you..."
Yun Zijin didn't say a word, waiting for Xia Zhiyun to continue.
"I heard you found your biological mother?"
'He's bringing up Situ Yunliang?'
Yun Zijin raised an eyebrow slightly. "So what if I did? My biological mother has nothing to do with you, Young Master Xia, does she?"
Yun Zijin and Xia Zhiyun were half-siblings, sharing the same father. That meant Situ Yunliang and Xia Zhiyun had no blood relation whatsoever.
Suddenly, an idea flashed through Yun Zijin's mind.
"Young Master Xia, you're not thinking of... making my biological mother your stepmother, are you?"
