"Aren't you and Yun Zijin supposed to be closer than sisters? She knew you were coming, so would she really leave you to come here all by yourself?"
On the other end of the line, Ren Hui was clearly skeptical of Qin Sitong's explanation.
It was a well-known fact in their dorm that Yun Zijin and Qin Sitong were close.
"I'm not a helpless baby who needs Zijin to escort me everywhere. You've got enough time on your hands to call me, so have you arrived yet or not?"
Qin Sitong's tone was impatient, and there was more than a little genuine annoyance in it.
"Of course I'm here. Just message me when you arrive, and I'll come down to get you."
Qin Sitong and Yun Zijin exchanged a look for a second before she replied, "Don't go to all that trouble. Just tell me which private room it is, and I'll have a server take me there."
When Ren Hui offered to come down and get her, Qin Sitong instinctively refused.
She didn't trust Ren Hui at all.
