Gu Ning patted her scarf. Good, she hadn't lost it.
Wearing this outfit, she didn't feel the slightest bit of cold indoors; in fact, she was even starting to sweat a little. Half an hour outside at most shouldn't be too cold.
By the time she was ready, the sky was already starting to get dark.
Gu Ning and Alex came out of the hospital. Just as they were looking for a suitable place to film a video, a huge figure lunged at her. "Ning, Ning!"
If Alex hadn't held Cook back, he would have knocked Gu Ning to the ground.
Having not seen her for several days, Cook hugged her, yelping with excitement and licking her all over, his tail wagging furiously behind him.
Gu Ning had missed the big puppy dearly, too. She vigorously ruffled his large, fluffy head. "Cook, good boy, good boy."
"Ning..." Cook's excited voice turned into a plaintive whine, which made Gu Ning's heart ache to hear.
