"BWAHAHAHA!!"
"BWAHAHAHAHA!!!"
Jasper Linden's disastrous blind date stories were a dime a dozen. Lynn Preston had been laughing all the way home, and she was still cracking up even as they reached her apartment building entrance.
Jasper Linden let her laugh. He wasn't mad at all; he was even in the mood to comfort her instead.
"I won't come up. You should go get some rest. Don't waste your energy getting worked up over that scumbag Liam Joyce."
"I know." Lynn Preston wiped away tears of laughter from the corners of her eyes and patted Jasper Linden's shoulder. "Don't you be in such a hurry, either. Blind dates are all about fate. "Mm." Jasper Linden smiled and nodded, then suddenly pulled out his phone to show Lynn Preston something.
"Huh?" Lynn Preston's eyes widened in surprise. "Isn't this my resume? What are you doing with it?"
