The world of Evernia is divided into three parts. One such part is a land where only life thrived, the Ewernor continent.
This continent was home to five great races; Humans, Dragons, Demons, Elves, and Dwarves.
Of course, initially, all races were hostile to each other, but after numerous wars, they agreed to a treaty later known as the 'Treaty of Eternal Accord.' It was said that if this treaty were ever broken, absolute destruction would only await.
But even though there is a Treaty, they don't necessarily hide their disgust against each others.
Coming back, surrounding the Ewernor continent are the Lost Lands, areas uninhabitable due to harsh climatic conditions and the presence of dangerous mana beasts.
The rest of the world of Evernia is filled with oceans of darkness, home to some of the most mysterious beings, Nightmare Creatures.
Many believed in the existence of a fourth part of Evernia, but this was never confirmed due to the loss of early records during the wars of the five great races.

The Lost Land is a place that can be described as abandoned. True to its name, it is a land lost within the history of the World of Eweria.
A place home to dangerous mana beasts, some of which are even strong enough to cause chaos in the entire empire.
This place is always roaring with frequently changing extreme climatic conditions, making it alone uninhabitable.
This is truly a place for Chaos and Destruction alone; The Lost Land.
And sleeping under a tree on the edge of the outer part of the Lost Land was Ray Von Gracefall. But his peace did not last long.

With a swift motion of her hand, Evelyn splashed cold water on him.

After waking up in horror, Ray didn't say anything back.
He just looked helplessly towards the changing blue sky.

After what seemed like an eternity, the growling sound outside the bush finally subdued and was replaced by a heavy silence.

Seeing the growing silence, I finally took a long, sighing breath. But pity me, it was not as simple as I had hoped.
Evelyn's voice came echoing through the vicinity, tearing through the atmosphere.
"Count, how will you improve your skills if all you do is hide and not fight?"
Before I could process her words, the bush hiding me fell apart, breaking into fragments.
Its leaves floating up in the air, my body was then revealed.

Fortunately, I was quick to process this. But unfortunately for me, the beast had already found my position. It was already ahead of me, staring patiently.
Glancing ahead, I formed a helpless smile and looked towards the beast.
