Chapter 64 - Chapter 62. Found you

Lyan

Waking up early was hell. I had forgotten how bad it was to be up and about before noon since dad had always woken me up by then, so my body was not used to it.

I walked like a corpse to my room and changed clothes as fast as I could, groaning when I reached the bandages I placed around my chest. I had also not missed those.

I was beginning to realize my life in Jinasia hadn't been so bad, not at all.

" What are you doing?" Orus laughed from my door while looking at me.

I rubbed my eyes, still half asleep, and looked down at my clothes, only now realizing I had put on the pants before my panties.

" I'm so tired!" I complained as I took off my panties and pants, not caring about Orus this early in the morning.

" Do you want me to go?" Orus asked, his voice deep and husky and laced with lust.

Fuck! I was naked. I blushed as I looked away, hoping Orus hadn't seen much in the dim morning light and put on my panties as fast as I could and then put on my pants, not looking Orus in the eyes throughout the whole process.

" Why are you embarrassed?"

Before I could react Orus was by my side, looking above me with curiosity in his eyes.

" You just saw me naked" I half whispered.

" I've done way worse than that" Orus said, a devious smile on his lips. " And I could do way worse right now"

His eyes were filled with lust as he looked at me, checking me out. My whole body started burning up, my pussy throbbing under my panties, my arousal clear as day.

Orus opened his nostrils and licked his lips, clearly smelling my arousal. That wouldn't do. We had to go to class. I pushed back my lust and walked away from him.

" Let's get going. We won't have pancakes if we're late" I pushed him out of my room.

We couldn't do that from this early in the morning. I was going to seriously die from exhaustion if we kept doing it multiple times every single day.

" Sure" Orus smiled brightly at me as he grabbed my hand, taking me to the cafeteria as Jack and Oscar followed us, talking among themselves about some kind of bet I honestly didn't want to know about.

The only good thing about waking up early were the pancakes. I moaned as I took another bite of the pancakes and drowned them with coffee. This breakfast was one of the very few things I liked about the academy.

After finishing eating up we went to our first class of the day, history.

Just like before we just waltzed in as if we hadn't been missing for a long time and no one akwnoledged us as they all chatted amongst themselves.

" Why is everyone so active?" I asked Jack.

It was weird. Normally this class was half empty and even when it wasn't most people were either dissociating or sleeping.

" I don't know" Jack was frowning, looking at the other students as if they held all the answers of the universe.

" I'm going to go ask before the teacher comes back" Jack said as he got up and walked up to the closest student.

I just stayed in my seat, proping my head up with my hand and slightly nodding off.

I hadn't even gone on to dreamland when Jack came back, his expression serious.

" What's going on?" I asked, immediately awake.

His expression was so dark that there was no way everything was alright. There had to be something very wrong.

" There was another demon attack while we were gone" all of us looked at Jack expectantly, waiting for him to get to the part where this affected us. " Most of the teachers got killed and they had to change them all, a lot of students got hurt too"

Now that he mentioned it I did notice they weren't so many people when we had first come in and our class, which was usually filled to the brim, was missing over half it's students.

" What exactly happened?" Oscar asked, curiosity burning in his eyes.

" They attacked by surprise the day that Abamma came during the night and murdered everyone. The dean is dead too, someone new has come to act as the new dean while they find new teachers"

The day Abamma came? That was the day I had died. And the demons had attacked? Now that I knew them I also knew that they wouldn't attack without a reason. What could their reason be? And why had they attacked just the day I had died? There were a lot of pieces that didn't fit in the puzzle, but I just needed to see the bigger picture. I was sure it all would make sense then.

" Who is the new dean?" Orus asked.

" I don't know. I think someone important" Jack shrugged.

" What does this mean to us?" If it meant we were going to die way easier it was bad. There were less students to get on top of us in the ranking, but there were also less students to get below us. It could be both good or bad depending on how things went.

" It's good" Oscar said, his psycho smile on his face." It means they won't enforce the ranking and the death battle is probably off too"

" Why?" I didn't see the relationship between a massacre and the dean dismantling the ranking and death battle.

" Because they can't afford to lose more students" Oscar said, smiling just as a new teacher, not the old man I was used to, came from the back door and started telling all of us to shut up.

" Does that mean we don't have to get good marks?" I whispered, not wanting to attract the new teacher's attention.

" That's right" Jack smiled.

We had just hit the jackpot. We didn't need to go to class or do any homework or exams. I smiled as we took our things and got out of the class silently crawling through the floor while the teacher wasn't looking, successfully escaping a whole hour of boring old facts.

" What do we do now?" I asked as we were walking through the quiet halls with no destination in mind.

" I know about something we could do, but I'm not sure if you'd like it" Oscar said, lust in his eyes and voice.

Yeah, hell no. I didn't want to have sex right now. I wanted to do something besides that. Something like finding Fluffy.

" Let's go find Fluffy " I said, looking at them with a gaze that said they had no other option but to obey.

I knew that Oscar had said that Fluffy would eventually come back by himself, but it wouldn't hurt to help him come home.

Oscar chuckled and Jack and Orus sighed, disappointed, but they nodded with their heads. Good, I wouldn't have to gaslight them into doing what I wanted.

" We'll look all around the school" I began giving orders, feeling like the boss of a pirate ship. If I was telling the truth having three strong men doing whatever I, a tiny woman, wanted was so much fun." One of you will come with me to look in the forest and the other two will check the academy. Who wants to do what?" I asked, clasping my hands together.

My guys looked at each other and immediately started screaming that they wanted to be with me. I looked at them with wide eyes. I hadn't thought this would be such a big problem. What should I do now?

I honestly didn't care who I went with, we were just going to search, not have sex or anything like they were imagining, but I knew that if I said one name the others would get jealous.

" Solve it among yourselves. I will take the winner. Throw a coin or do rock, paper, scissors to decide, I don't care"

It didn't take long for me to regret that choice. Instead of choosing a civilized method they decided that the last one standing would win. Honestly? It was kinda my fault for not anticipating they would be like this when they always were.

Orus punched Jack in the face and he went down as Oscar went behind Orus while be was trying to get down to finally knock Jack down and started chocking him.

Orus shook around and grabbed Oscar's arms, trying to break them to get free, but Oscar was too strong and he didn't even flinch as Orus increased the pressure, trying to get rid of him.

I watched in horror as they fought, Jack getting back up and punching Oscar in the jaw which forced him to let go of Orus. Seeing his chance Orus spun around and gangged up with Jack against Oscar, who laughed and set them both on fire.

A smell of burnt flesh started wafting in my nose and I gagged. Panic started forming in my system and I started to get really afraid. Were they really going to hurt each other just to go with me?

The answer was obviously yes.

I was thinking about trying to break their fight off, breaking my promise to let them handle it themselves, I couldn't just stay still while I watched them burn, when Jack cast a spell and all the fire was gone. Instead both Oscar and Orus were enveloped by water.

They thrashed around, trying to escape the bubble and breath, but Jack just looked at them and laughed.

That was it. They had gone way too far.

" Stop it" I placed my hand on Jack's shoulder and gave him my best angry glare.

He looked between them, who were starting to escape, and me and finally let the water go.

Orus and Oscar immediately walked up to Jack ready to murder him but I stopped them.

" New plan. I'll chose a number from one to ten and you have to guess. If you get it right you win"

My guys looked at me weird, but nodded, all of them agreeing to new rules that wouldn't kill anyone, or so I hoped.

" Begin" I said, having picked the number 2 because I liked it best.

" One" Jack shouted, confident.

I smirked and said no.

" Three" Orus wasn't far off, but he was also wrong.

" Nop" I sing sung.

" Five"

" You're wrong too, Oscar"

" Two" Jack said, still smug.

" That's right" I said, smiling at Jack.

" You're coming with me" I told him as I grabbed him and walked away as Orus and Oscar stayed there, brooding and growling.

" Oh, you wanted me all to yourself" Jack said in a flirty tone.

" Of course I didn't!" I said, shoving him slightly away from me. " It was just luck"

" Then I guess I'm a very lucky guy to be all alone with you" He said as he grabbed me by the waist and spun me around, kissing me before I could react.

My heart began beating faster and my body heated up as I kissed him, our saliva mixing in our mouths.

" Stop it" I pushed Jack away, breathless. " We're here to look for Fluffy"

Jack gave me one last look filled with lust but behaved. He didn't try anything funny as we went deep into the forest, looking for a white ball of fur.

A week later

Despite going out to look every single day instead of going to class we hadn't managed to find Fluffy and I was beginning to lose faith, thinking we never would.

We were coming back to our dorm after another round of fruitless searching when I opened the door and noticed a tiny ball of white fur in the middle of our couch, looking straight at me with his big, purple eyes.

" Fluffy!!" As soon as I saw him I ran to him, hugging him with all my strength.

Oscar was right. Fluffy had come back on his own.

I had a stupid grin on my face as I hugged him tightly, promising myself I would never, ever, lose him again.
