Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1: the chosen one

"The majestic Empress of the Sea, Sovereign of the Golden Archipelago."

A lightning strike split the clouds in half over the Duskgloom Sea, illuminating the family of mysterious pirates.

Yet , one girl " is the chosen one "

The treasure of the cabin, the pioneering empress of the Golden Archipelago,

Erika —

"The pirate princess, the youngest daughter of Captain Marxist."

Her wardrobe carried the elegance of a Disney princess.

She wore a glossy, pinkish feminine Lolita silhouette with an edgy bubble-goth touch.

The ruffle-layered skirt revealed an edgy, punk-style masquerade accent — dramatic and daring, perfectly fit for a pirate princess.

Her silhouette was crowned with flowing blonde hair, demure as a Rapunzel hairstyle.

Power —

● Unknown

" Shining in the starlight , blinking in the thousand spotlight "

A voice of cadaver whispered

" my daughter will navigate and sailed the golden archipelago "

Suddenly, she woke from her sleep.

"Captain! The tidal storms are slashing the black ship back and forth!"

A shadowed sailor shouted, clutching the rigging as waves battered the deck. Thunder rolled overhead. Lightning revealed the chaos of the Duskgloom Sea.

From the shadows appeared Zoe,

Erika's elder sister —

A wicked duchess with a exaggerated gothic style.

Her long black coat lashed wildly in the storm wind, its sophisticated texture of black silk fabric, high-low hem skirt.

Leather gloves, fishnet stockings, a fascinating headpiece — an Abigail-style witch hat showcasing her artistry in accessories.

A royale rebel in a Silhouette of a whimsical evil witch.

" The shadow withered into a puppeteer willow "

Intelligent and a clever pet of hers. If there's a witch, no doubt there is always a crow in their hand.

Nightingale —

It emits her persona, a book-smart species who observes everything in the blink of an eye, calculating

spying — manipulated by her mistress toward her princess sister.

"The performer — the star of the show."

Power —

● Crow, Gaze, Genius

— Crow control

—Genuis Level Intellect

Zoe's lips curled into a cruel smile. She stared at her sister with a rebellious grin.

She advanced silently behind Erika.

Her voice was smooth and manipulative, showing her dynamic relationship with her princess sister.

"Do you truly think you can rule, little sister? Power is not given — it is seized. And I… will see you fail."

Whahahhahahhahahahaha! (Evil laugh)

A lightning strike split the sky violently, revealing her dark personality in stark relief.

Erika — "What do you want, big sis? What did I do to you?"

"Oh, your tongue of innocence… don't act like I don't know your little secret," Zoe replied.

Erika — "What do you mean, big sis?"

The crow uttered, "You are the chosen one. You are destined to be the majestic empress."

— Erika

Zoe — "But why? Why? You've got everything in your hands… you're the favorite daughter… and I'm just a mere witch."

Erika — shocked. "So it's all true… my dream… the voice I heard earlier. But whyyyy…?"

Zoe — "Erika… pleaseee."

Before Erika could react, Zoe shoved her backward.

The deck tilted dangerously. Waves crashed over the rails. Erika's scream was lost to the wind and thunder as she tumbled overboard — swallowed instantly by the stormy sea.

Erika — drowns

The crow cawed sharply, flapping its wings as if celebrating its mistress's wicked plan.

"Alone in the Duskgloom Sea, Erika was swallowed by the vast, dark ocean."

The day after...

She washed ashore...

Her skirt was torn slashed like the betrayal of her sister.

Erika woke up on an isolated, small island to the east.

Where am I , Zoe ? Father ? Brother ?

"What happened to the young princess?" she cried, her voice carried along a mile of rivers.

" What did I do? Why did I disappear from the cabin? "

She had lost her memory — erased, deleted from history.

She forgot everything that had happened that night…

Thanks to her envious sister.

Erika's fingers closed —

She remembered one thing that is very important to her.

A quiet promise for a power yet to be awakened?

— The family heirloom necklace, given by her precious father during her 7th birthday.

— A mermaid necklace passed down to every princess as a form of tradition from generation to generation in a millennium.

She held it tight, with her warm hands; it pushed gently.

A voice whispered, a resemblance to what her father told her:

" This will guide you when the time is right, Erika. Your destiny awaits."

For a long thirty days, Erika explored the island, fighting for survival. She scavenged for food to eat.

Everything is a luxury, nothing to find.

Her milestone of footsteps in the yellow sand, in the rocky shoreline, tangled forests, and hidden caves.

She rested on a bed of leaves with a campfire, as a roof in her back.

She learned how to hunt, a princess instinct, livelihood.

Cooking raw animals, to set something on her table.

Every night, she stared at the horizon of the endless sky.

Is it a constellation — that will lead her to go back to her home?

Or a miracle, that will help her to remember her mission.

On the thirteenth day, in the seashore,

Suddenly, a shiny mermaid pearl appeared.

Erika grabbed it with desperation; she clutched it, and grabbed it.

She remembered it fit perfectly to her heirloom.

Could it be?

She puts it. Suddenly, it exploded into radiant light, warm and powerful, illuminating the island around her.

Beside the ship lay a treasure chest, glowing faintly. Erika opened it and discovered a magical map, etched with glowing lines tracing the thirty islands of the Golden Archipelago.

The map pulsed in response to the necklace, showing her first destination: Royal Novelty, a noble island said to hold secrets of the archipelago's royal lineage.

Erika climbed aboard the ship. Her hands were firm on the helm. The wind caught the sails as if welcoming her. The waves seemed to part before the vessel.

The necklace pulsed with purpose. The map glowed softly, guiding her across the sea.

"This is it," she whispered, her voice steady and determined.

"The journey begins… my first navigation, my first step toward becoming the Sea Sovereign of the Golden Archipelago."

Above, a crow cawed in the distance — a reminder that Zoe's eyes were still watching, plotting, scheming.

But Erika was no longer just a girl tossed by fate. She was the captain of a magical ship, heir to generations of power. Her adventure across the thirty islands had officially begun.
