The weight and warmth of his hand felt real to Rudra—a physical anchor telling him he was no longer adrift.
"I can understand your pain," Adiraj said in a low, resonant voice. His blue eyes reflected the same hollow loneliness that lived within Rudra. "Being alone in this world... losing those closest to you... I know that burden all too well."
Adiraj paused, glancing back at the 50-foot A-Rank Hell Gate pulsating with malevolent energy. "But you cannot enter this place. If a monster lands even a single blow on you, it will be the end. This is an A-Rank Gate; the horrors within are beyond your comprehension."
Rudra looked into Adiraj's eyes. His tears had stopped, but the raw innocence and pain remained visible. This wasn't a calculated act; it was a rare moment where his suppressed emotions finally broke through Adiraj's empathetic shield.
"Bhaiya... I want to come with you inside this gate," Rudra said with a mix of innocent stubbornness and hope. His voice carried the genuine tone of a younger brother speaking to an elder one.
Adiraj immediately shook his head, refusing the request. "No. It is far too dangerous." He stood silent for a moment, deep in thought. He could see that this boy was shattered and needed a path forward.
"Would you like to join my Guild?" Adiraj asked suddenly. "You have no parents, no relatives... I will look after you like my own younger brother. Garud Vajra will be your home."
Rudra froze. He couldn't believe a Sovereign S-Ranker was making such an offer. Immediately, Ruin Soul's voice echoed in his mind: "Accept it! Say yes without hesitation. Joining his guild is your ticket to high-rank gates. This is the most logical move for your growth."
Rudra showed a moment of hesitation, then slowly nodded. "Alright... Bhaiya."
A look of relief and a calm smile crossed Adiraj's face. "There is one condition. You must leave with my guild members right now. You will not even think about entering this A-Rank Gate."
Rudra considered the condition and agreed. Adiraj led him down to the street level where the Garud Vajra convoy was stationed. The elite raid team was prepared for deployment. Rudra observed them—they were all A+ Rank elites, with individual MP exceeding 15M.
At the front of the group stood a calm, humble-looking man holding a high-grade sword.
"Vikram," Adiraj called out.
The man—Vikram Singh (Vice Guild Master)—stepped forward. His MP was 29M, the level of a Peak A-Ranker. While his speed and reflexes were at their peak, his nature was notably gentle.
"This is Rudra," Adiraj said to Vikram. "He stays with us from today. Take him to the headquarters safely. Make sure he faces no difficulties."
Vikram looked at Rudra. His eyes held the same caring and protective warmth that Adiraj possessed. He smiled at Rudra, seemingly understanding that Adiraj had found another brother to protect. For the first time, surrounded by some of the most powerful people in the country, Rudra felt a strange sense of security.
