During training, Sasuke noticed that Sakura wasn't the same as before. She wasn't yelling, but instead was focusing on her powers. Ishani (as Sakura) knew Sasuke was about to leave the village. She decided not to stop him, but to go with him.
"Sasuke, you won't go into that darkness alone," she said to herself. When Sasuke left the village, Ishani was already standing there. She didn't hug Sasuke, but instead gave him a medical ninjutsu book. "Keep this with you. You'll need me." Sasuke was surprised, but he kept the book.
