Chapter 3 - Immortal Zudra

Roy screamed, pulling himself desperately while being sucked inside the strange mirror.

The next thing he saw was clear open sky, no dark clouds hovering under the hot sun.

It was clear, utterly clear.

He looked around and saw nothing but small mounds layered by thick greens, and very small rivers that look like a small cracks on the earth and flowing with water.

Strange, i was inside my apartment moments ago, and weren't it supposed to be a storm? Why is the sky so clear?

He looked down, and realized he was standing above a small mound, and below the mound were the tiny villagers and soldiers still slashing and hacking each other.

They were clearly killing each other, should he intervene?

Just as he was thinking about this, he suddenly saw a middle-age woman clutching a baby about two-years old, running away from a soldier trying to hack the womans back.

Yeah, i think i should intervene.

Roy squated down and tried to flick the tiny soldier with one hand. Yet his hand were just obviously too enormous.

The moment he hit the pursuing soldier, the soldier instantly vanished like thin air, leaving only a small red mist.

The fleeing woman looked back and saw the pursuing soldier gone.

The woman was confused, yet seeing that no soldier were chasing, he went inside a thatched house and hid themselves inside.

The village were in utter chaos, woman and children fleeing everywhere, some locked themselves in sheds filled with holes, some running in circles like headless chicken.

While soldiers and some villagers were still constantly hacking themselves. Steels flashed, sparks flew, blood soaking the brown earth, bodies lying everywhere.

One villager was knocked onto the ground, a soldier holding his sword, about to thrust it through the lying villager.

Roy immediately moved his feet.

His feet, the size of a 2 football fields, landed right beside the village, emitting a large thunderous bang.

BOOM!

The impact shook the earth, it created a large crater on the ground.

the villagers froze, the soldiers also froze. They looked up the sky and saw a massive, gigantic person. It dwarfed even the biggest mountain on the area, the peron was simply enormous.

The tiny people froze for several dozen breathes, still prossesing what just happened and what is that towering figure in the sky.

Just as the tiny people were shaking and acting like a nail hammered down onto wood, they wanted to move but fear kept them in place, The towering figure spoke.

"Stop this now." Roy said casually, intending to act gentle and avoid spreading panic on the people.

But to the tiny people, those words were like thunder raining down one after another, some clapped their ears, some collapsing out of fear and while others simply finally broke out and cried.

Roy simply didn't know what to do, to him he was acting as gentle as carrying a newborn child, but he knew he was simply too large to avoid inflicting fear upon the tiny people.

He waved off his hand, and a strong gust of wind blew onto the figures below.

The trembling tiny figures leg's finally gave out, almost in unison the tiny people knelt, some gave a crooked bow, almost smashing their foreheads onto the ground, while some couldn't even hold their legs anymore and lied flat while still trying a offer a formal salute to the gods.

Roy was still bewildered and couldn't find a solution to calm the miniature people below. Instead, he only spoke.

"No more fighting, i shall come back"

Then he turned around, and was surprised the mirror was still standing behind him. He can see his living room still quitely waiting for him to go home.

Without thinking another word he walk straight to the mirror.

As he was about to go back, a villager suddenly shouted back to him with a crooked voice.

"Heavenly Lord! Your humble servants asks your name."

Yes, he remembered they still don't know his name yet. After thinking quitely he replied.

"Zudra."

Without another word he went inside the mirror and vanished.

The people inside the village saw him vanish into thin air, just moments ago his towering figure was just right there, radiating an aura of a powerful celestial being. And right now, he's gone. Just gone.

The villagers were still trembling, not daring to stand up fearing the Heavenly Lord might come back.

After moments of kneeling and suppressing themselve not to commit any disrespect movements to the Heavenly Lord, they quietly let out a silent sigh of relief.

One by one they lifted their heads, staring onto the towering figure now suddenly gone out of thin air.

"Immortal Zudra," said a villager while still kneeling and trembling "A benevolent and merciful Lord."

one by one, the tiny people stood up, not daring to fight again after witnessing an Immortal personally manifested itself.

Not knowing Roy, now recognized as the powerful Immortal Zudra, was silently watching from outside.
