A whole week has passed since Naomi and I followed Kimberly to that Church of the God of Light, and honestly, I was starting to get a little worried.
She hasn't shown up at Ordrienne High even once since that day.
Could it be she really saw us... and decided not to come back out of embarrassment?
Maybe she's afraid we've told the whole school that she spends her afternoons praying?
I really hope that's not the reason.
Because if it is, then her devotion to the God of Light is even more pathetic than my supposed devotion to the so-called God of Vampires.
I promised I'd honor him all the time and stop hunting criminals.

I haven't lit the guy a single fucking candle.
