My name is Julie and this is my story..
I was not always the person people sees me today.There was a time when I felt completely alone...not because I didn't have family ,friends but no one really knew what was going inside heart.
I was fear of fear,fear of speaking ,fear of making mistakes,fear of being judged .I had no confidence at all.Even small things scared me ,if a teacher ask me to read in class ,my hands would start shaking.My voice would become so low even I couldn't hear myself properly .
I used to think everyone is watching me ,judging me,waiting for me to make a mistake .
I used to sit quietly in the corner,I avoided eye contact,I avoided attention,I avoided opportunities.I thought staying invisible was safer than trying and falling .
At night I used to overthink...everything if someone didn't reply properly ,I thought maybe I said something wrong.If someone laughing nearby at me .My mind was my biggest enemy .It created stories that wear not even real.
Slowly,I started believing that I was not good enough.I compared myself with other girls who were confident and bold .I wonder I wouldn't be like them .I felt weak .I felt small
Then one day something happened that changed everything...
