Mira panicked. The other lioness was quivering so hard that it looked like she would join her fellow lioness in fainting. This was when Mira thought it was time to stop messing around with her but she could not deny, the entire situation was hilarious.
Mira snuck a glance at Jia Hao. He nodded, that was his own way of saying he understood.
"Mid wife, it was only a joke. Do not take us literally. We are not going to take your head off." Mira said. She fought the urge to add the word 'yet'.
The mid wife gasped. "THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR MERCY, MERCIFUL MOTHER!" The woman chorused. "I will not try to prove I can do something better than you again."
