"Meow~"
A small cat suddenly appeared in front of them.
At first glance, it looked harmless.
However, the ghostly energy surrounding its body immediately revealed that it was anything but an ordinary cat.
The creature possessed a small skull-like exoskeleton covering part of its head, while pale ghostly flames flickered within its eye sockets.
"A baby Catarat? How unusual…" Jojo muttered observing the creature carefully.
"It's not particularly dangerous but Catarats only appear in places where someone prosperous or important has died."
The group's expressions immediately changed.
"That's not comforting," Paul muttered as Jojo nodded.
"If one is present here, then this place may be something akin to a graveyard."
Still, the baby Catarat didn't seem hostile, it simply stared at them.
Jojo eventually waved his hand.
"Ignore it and continue moving, a creature like this isn't worth our attention."
The group nodded and resumed walking.
