Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: New achievement

When he woke up, he felt that his body was lying on a grassy plain. Looking at the blue and bright sky, it felt peaceful.

"Where the heck am I? That light was so damn bright, I thought I was going blind," he said, clutching his head, but no aftereffects came after he woke up.

Sitting up, he was stunned. When he looked at the horizon, it was filled with patches of grass, spreading endlessly as if there was no end.

"Earlier it was the void, and now it's an endless terrain of grass. What kind of drug did that old man actually give me?" he said irritably.

He could not believe that even after death the old man's expired drugs was still taking effect or something.

Located in the top of the mountains an old beggar sneezed as he stopped cultivating for a moment and looked at the sky.

"Is someone talking about me?" he wondered, as he continue to cultivate.

After calming his mind for a moment, he tried to walk and look for a way. Maybe there was some kind of invisible path along the way, but there was nothing.

Only grass, grass, and more grass, "Where the heck am I, hey you wisp where in the world did you bring me into?" he called out but no reply came.

Feeling hopeless as hours passed when all of a sudden, the whole terrain trembled, and a message appeared in front of him just like in a video game.

[You have entered the 'Lobby'. Please wait while the world is still being constructed]

When it said that, on the far horizon he spotted what seemed to be square objects beginning to appear.

Some of them were the size of the Eiffel Tower, a mountain, and even some were the size of a planet, making him stunned at what kind of crazy dream this was.

He could only curse the old man since he was the one responsible for this. Clearly, his drug seemed to have transmigrated as well, affecting him greatly.

If that old beggar were to know about this, even he would be full of questions, since it was only supposed to be transmigration and there should be no side effects after that.

As those square-like objects began to appear, he looked to his side and behind him.

He saw that they were actually popping up everywhere, and as he slowly saw what they were, they were not square objects but doors.

Doors with different colors and designs appeared. At first there were tens, then hundreds, thousands, ten thousands, millions, billions, and even trillions, and they were still increasing, making him shocked at why there were so many doors.

Then, when a door appeared right in front of him, it had the face of a skull stuck on a double-edged sword.

[Pirate Seas Dungeon]

[Do you want to enter?]

He was caught off guard and took a step back, but because of that he slipped, and all of a sudden a door appeared right behind him.

It was a green door, and if you took a better look at it, it was just plain green. When his back hit it, a pop-up message appeared in front of him.

[You have entered 'Grass Dungeon']

[You have used up your 'Dungeon Key']

When this message was delivered to him, the door opened, engulfing him in a brilliant green light. Experiencing this again made him feel very sick.

When he passed out and woke up again, he found himself in another unfamiliar environment. There was still the familiar grass, but the difference was that in front of him was tall grass.

It was so tall that it was over 10 feet high, and when he looked behind him, there were also endless trees that were over 30–50 meters high.

"What the heck is this? Where the heck am I?" he said filled with questions.

When he tried to move, he felt his body was very heavy and uncomfortable. It felt like his legs would snap from the powerful gravity pressing him down as he pushed himself to stand up.

As he was trying to stand, a familiar pop-up message appeared.

[You have entered the 'Grass Dungeon' successfully]

[You have earned an achievement: Traveller]

[Achievement: Traveler

Description: A unique achievement that is given to the host for having the access of the heavenly lobby, by completing requirement and entering the dungeon the chasm of the world will have no effects on the host]

When he was done reading this, he felt that his body had grown lighter, and it was extremely comfortable. It was like he was very well suited for this environment.

"A unique achievement? What a useful skill," as he moved his fat body to look around.

Even the fatness that seemed to pose some trouble from him even back home finally disappeared.

He did not go inside the tall grass, feeling that it was dangerous. Moving towards the trees, he glanced around trying to find something and he found something.

In the middle of a small open field, he saw a strange plant growing alone. It had bright purple flowers with a soft glow, and the center looked like it was shining faintly.

The petals were wide and smooth, with pink light spreading from the middle like a pulse. Thin green vines twisted around it, making it look both beautiful and enticing.

"What a beautiful plant, and also why does it feel so refreshing from here," he wondered.

Clearly, it already caught his attention right away and so he slowly walked closer without thinking much.

The air around it felt calm and warm, almost like it was calling him in. Just as he reached out his hand, a sharp whooshing sound cut through the air.

Before he could react, something slammed into his right ribs with heavy force.

He grunts in pain and luckily because of his body fat, it cushioned some of the damage making his bones safe, but it was still freaking painful.

"AHhh~!"

His body flew sideways and rolled on the ground, grass scattering around him.

When he looked up, he saw a tall rabbit stood there, about five feet high and its strong legs tense and ready to strike again.

Its red eyes eyed him with intensity, observing him with absolute curiosity since its the first time he saw creature like this.

Seeing the rabbit looking at him with a dangerous glint, he clutched his side feeling a burning pain that made him puke up a line of blood from his mouth.

Because that strike was no joke, as he stood up the rabbit who had already bored his self from looking at the strange creature launched forward again.

Since it dared to steal his own plant, then it will show no mercy.

The rabbit lowered its body and kicked off the ground with explosive force. Dust burst behind it as it shot forward like a blur.

Alexander tried to move, but he was too slow to dodge. He raised his arms to block, and a heavy impact slammed into him.

A sharp crack echoed as his left hand snapped and bent the wrong way. Pain rushed through him, and both his arms went numb as he was pushed back.

He stumbled and forced himself to run, his breath shaking wildly. While the rabbit chased him fast, its steps pounding hard as it zigzagged through the field.

While escaping so hard, his vision turned blurry and he felt his chest burning since he had not exercised all this while, so even with the achievements he was still a fat person who had not trained.

When he started to feel tired and numb, he knows that he needs to find a way, in the middle of dodging he spotted a rock near a tree ahead.

Then an idea struck him, "Maybe that could work," he said while gritting his teeth wishing that this could work.

With a desperate move, he grabbed the rock with his right hand. And with a look back he saw that bastards was still chasing him, so he ran straight toward the tree.

He slipped behind the tree and held his breath, waiting for the rabbit. The rabbit without any kind of cautiousness rushed in fast, thinking its prey was already closed to dying.

As it came close, he swung the rock with all his strength. Caught of guard and was too late too backed off the rabbit crashed into it, and the rock smashed into its face with a wet crack.

The impact was so powerful that blood burst out as the rabbit fell hard on the ground.

"You asshole, this is for chasing me a whole damn minutes," he roared.

As he then jumped on top and kept smashing its face, over and over, until it stopped moving.

His right arm shook as he dropped the rock and his body covered in blood. He fell to the ground beside it, breathing hard as the world spun around him.

"Ha~" he said his fat belly shaking hard from breathing.

When the eyes of the rabbit slowly lose its color Alexander then saw the familiar panel.

[Requirements Fulfilled]

[You have acquired a skill: Plunderer]

[Skill: Plunderer

Rank: SSS

Description: A cheat ability that allows the user to steal powers, skills, and authority from its vanquished foes.]

Reading this, Alexander was surprised as he read the cheat ability and glanced at the rank of the skill.

Even his father only had two S-rank skills, and having an S-rank skill could guarantee a person a good future.

And if he remembered correctly, there were only a few people who had SS-rank skills, and those were from powerful clans and sects, like the Elven Queen, who seemed to have a powerful skill that led her race to occupy the Eldren Continent.

The reason why he knew this was because of the memories of the bastard from this world. If an SS-rank skill could already be considered an ancient genius, what about an SSS-rank skill?

Wanting to know its effect, Alexander was excited as he touched the rabbit's chest since its head was already destroyed.

Even though it's the first time he had killed someone, he did not feel pity since this bastard wanted to kill him first.

[Do you want to 'Plunder?']

"Yes"
