Chapter 27 - ch 26,Break Time Mystery ( mega ch 2)

The atmosphere inside Class 5 was strangely quiet. Mara, Artha, and Vikar stepped into the classroom while looking around in confusion. There were only a few students present, making the entire place feel empty and calm.

"Wow… there are so many people here," Mara said sarcastically as he walked inside.

Without waiting for anyone, Mara moved toward the last bench and sat down alone. No one was beside him. The sunlight entering through the classroom windows gave the room a peaceful feeling, but the silence itself felt unusual.

Suddenly—

BANG!

The classroom door burst open as someone rushed inside while breathing heavily.

It was Pasito.

Right behind him, Yunsa calmly walked into the classroom as if nothing had happened. His expression remained cold and peaceful.

On the nearby bench, Vasuki quietly observed everyone with sharp eyes. He slowly turned his gaze toward Mara and spoke in a calm voice,

"This guy was talking about staying near me earlier…"

Vasuki rested his face against his hand before continuing,

"But honestly… who would even stay near Vasuki?"

Just then, Mara looked toward Pasito and said,

"Come on, brother. Let's go outside and walk around for a bit."

Pasito shrugged his shoulders and replied,

"Sure… it's not like we were going to do anything here anyway."

The two of them casually walked out of the classroom together.

Meanwhile, Vikar was standing beside Yunsa, talking endlessly about random things while Yunsa silently listened without showing much reaction.

After a few moments, Vikar suddenly walked toward Vasuki's bench and pointed at the seat beside him.

"Hey, move from here. I was sitting here earlier."

Vasuki slowly lifted his eyes toward Vikar but remained silent.

Seeing no response, Vikar spoke again in annoyance,

"What? Don't tell me this is your seat now?"

The atmosphere inside the classroom instantly became tense.

Vasuki slowly stood up from his bench and looked directly into Vikar's eyes.

"I'm not moving," he said coldly.

"You can sit somewhere else."

Without warning, Vikar suddenly shoved Vasuki hard.

THUD!

Vasuki lost his balance and fell onto the bench. The entire classroom went silent as everyone stared at the two of them.

For a moment, nobody spoke.

Vasuki slowly stood up without showing any anger. His face remained calm as he quietly stepped away from the seat.

Vikar laughed proudly and crossed his arms.

"If you were going to move anyway, then you should've done it earlier."

Nearby, Maya immediately walked toward Vasuki with an angry expression.

"We should report this to the teacher right now," she said seriously.

Vasuki quietly shook his head.

A few moments later, Vasuki, Lina, and Maya walked out of the classroom together.

As he walked through the hallway, Vasuki lowered his eyes slightly and thought to himself,

"In this world… I really am helpless and pitiful."

Just then, his gaze landed on Mara and Pasito, who were standing outside and talking about something while laughing casually.

For a brief second, Vasuki silently looked at them.

Then—

he slowly turned his eyes away and continued walking forward without saying a word.

Mara looked toward Pasito and suddenly said,

"Hey… we completely forgot about something. Do you know where Atura is?"

Pasito immediately replied,

"Yeah, I know where he is."

Then he laughed carelessly before saying,

"That Atura guy ran away after the Red Moon incident. He's a coward… a runaway."

Mara looked confused.

"How do you know that?"

Pasito crossed his arms confidently.

"I talked to one of the teachers yesterday. Even they said the same thing."

Before Mara could say anything else—

RIIIIINGGG!

The school bell suddenly echoed throughout the building.

"Oh no!" Pasito shouted.

Both of them immediately ran back toward the classroom and rushed inside while breathing heavily.

As soon as they entered, they stopped near the blackboard and stared at it silently.

Pasito slowly leaned closer to Mara and whispered with a mischievous grin,

"Do you have any chalk?"

Mara raised an eyebrow.

"Why?"

Pasito smirked.

"I want to create a little masterpiece on this board."

A short while later, Maya, Lina, and Vasuki also returned to the classroom.

Vasuki's face carried a quiet look of disappointment as he silently walked to his seat. One by one, everyone settled down onto their benches.

Yet deep inside, all of them were filled with questions.

What exactly was the Red Moon?

What had truly happened there?

And most importantly—

who could they even ask for answers?

The classroom remained silent until the sound of approaching footsteps echoed through the hallway.

Tap… Tap… Tap…

A moment later, a woman entered the classroom.

The instant she stepped inside, all the students quickly stood up together.

"Good morning!" they said in unison.

The woman smiled calmly.

"Good morning."

Soon, everyone sat back down on their benches.

The teacher placed a few papers on the desk before speaking,

"Hello everyone. My name is Atrika Koniva."

She looked around the classroom with sharp but gentle eyes before continuing,

"Today, I'll first take your attendance."

All the students replied together,

"Yes, ma'am."

Atrika then opened the attendance register and began calling out names one by one.

"Roll Number 1 — Lina Vilina."

Lina calmly replied,

"Present."

Atrika nodded before continuing.

"Roll Number 2 — Yunsa Rana."

"Present," Yunsa answered sharply and confidently.

"Roll Number 3 — Maya Achari."

"Present!" Maya replied loudly.

Atrika looked down at the register once again.

"Roll Number 4 — Artha Hinura."

Artha quickly straightened his posture before nervously replying,

"P-Present."

"Roll Number 5 — Pasichain Tokaina."

"PRESENT!" Pasito shouted with full energy, causing a few students to glance at him in surprise.

Atrika quietly continued.

"Roll Number 6 — Mas Raizon."

Mara lazily lifted his hand and replied in a tired voice,

"Present…"

Atrika let out a small sigh, already seeming slightly tired from the loud responses.

She adjusted the attendance sheet once again and continued,

"Roll Number 7 — Vikar Knightkin."

Vikar immediately stood up halfway from his bench and shouted proudly,

"Present, ma'am!"

A few students quietly laughed after hearing his overly energetic voice.

Atrika rubbed her forehead for a second before continuing again.

"Roll Number 8 — Triloka Vasuki."

The moment that name was spoken, the classroom suddenly became quiet.

For some reason, everyone's eyes slowly turned toward Vasuki.

Vasuki lowered his head slightly before replying in a hesitant voice,

"P… Present, ma'am."

Atrika noticed his weak tone and looked directly at him.

"What happened to you?" she asked calmly.

"Why are you speaking so softly?"

Atrika slowly took out a thick book from her desk and placed it on the table.

Just then—

the classroom door opened once again.

A man calmly stepped inside.

The moment the students saw him, the atmosphere instantly changed.

"It's Alpha Core…" someone whispered quietly.

All the students immediately stood up from their seats together.

"Good morning, sir!"

Alpha Core silently looked around the classroom before giving a small nod.

The students quickly sat back down.

Alpha walked toward the front of the class and crossed his arms before speaking,

"Alright, students. I came here to explain what truly happened on the Red Moon."

The classroom instantly became silent.

"And," Alpha continued, "we will also teach you how to move forward from this point."

Atrika then stepped forward and opened her book.

"The very first stage of your journey," she explained calmly, "is when a person visits one of the three planets… or realms."

She slowly looked around the classroom.

"And all of you have already completed your first visit— the Red Moon."

Alpha suddenly laughed lightly before speaking again,

"Yes… now only one more visit remains for you."

The students immediately became nervous after hearing those words.

"And after obtaining your powers," Alpha continued, "you will no longer be able to make another visit."

Whispers instantly spread across the classroom.

Atrika raised her hand slightly, signaling everyone to stay quiet.

"For now," she said softly, "until the next planetary journey begins… we will teach you about yoga and consciousness."

She then turned toward the students seriously.

"So listen carefully to everything Alpha Sensei says."

Alpha looked at the students and said,

"We will teach all of you things like tournaments, combat, and survival."

The students immediately became excited.

"And not only that," Alpha continued, "we will also teach you how to combine your hobbies like music, art, games, and sports with spirits."

The moment Vasuki heard that, his eyes lit up with happiness.

Alpha then spoke again,

"When you visit the next planet, you will officially graduate."

The classroom became silent once more.

"After graduation, three paths will open for you."

He raised three fingers.

"First — Red Moon."

"Protection, battles, and combat."

"Second — Moon."

"You can become a teacher, doctor, or many other things."

"Third — Earth."

"You can live a normal life, do any job, or become anything you want…"

Alpha smiled slightly.

"Because by then, you will already possess the powers of two planets."

Atrika calmly continued,

"When all of you were on the Red Moon, we secretly sent experienced teachers to observe and monitor you."

The students immediately became shocked.

"These teachers included Alpha Core, Jeron Junin, and Unkar Torisa. They carefully watched and judged all of you."

Mara silently looked toward Alpha and thought to himself,

"These people are seriously dangerous…"

Alpha then stepped forward and spoke,

"You will also receive ratings here."

The classroom instantly became excited after hearing that.

"You will learn more about it after a short break."

Meanwhile, Vasuki quietly thought to himself,

"So it's something similar to a chess rating system…"

RIIINNGGG!

The loud school bell suddenly echoed throughout the building.

Alpha crossed his arms and said,

"This is your break time."

After saying that, Alpha Core and Atrika both walked out of the classroom together.

Meanwhile, Mara quietly thought to himself,

"Should I ask the teachers where Atura really is…?"

A few seconds later, Mara slowly walked toward the classroom door.

But the moment he stepped outside—

THUD!

He suddenly bumped into someone.

Mara quickly stepped back and lowered his head slightly.

"Sorry about that," he said before trying to walk away again.

The person quietly turned around.

It was Ajina.

A faint smile slowly appeared on his face as he softly whispered,

"What was this boy's name again…?"

He narrowed his eyes slightly.

"Ah yes… Mara."

After a brief pause, he quietly added,

"No… Scarface."

"I want his soul."
