Chapter 2 - energy level

After gathering all this information, Rahul examined his energy level. He was still a warrior of the Physical Realm. There were three types of warriors—an ordinary warrior, an alchemist, and a weapon craftsman.

Then a question arose in his mind—who had helped him during the battle? While walking and thinking deeply about this, his gaze fell upon the locket hanging around his neck. This locket did not belong to him. Where had it come from?

When he searched his memories about the locket, he recalled something. It was, in fact, a magical locket. Warriors had three stages. In the first stage, they fought solely with their physical strength. In the second stage, along with being a warrior, one also became a weapon craftsman. In the third stage, along with being a warrior, one also became an alchemist.

In his previous life, Rahul had been both a weapon craftsman and a skilled warrior. At that time, he had created this locket and many others like it. When he searched his memories more deeply, he realized that the locket now hanging around his neck was connected to his soul.

This locket was a first-level weapon. Weapons had a total of ten levels. The first level was the lowest and weakest, and as the level increased, its power also grew stronger.

There were two types of weapons. The first type was a locket that did not directly depend on the warrior's energy level. The second type included weapons such as rings, swords, or any other arms, which completely depended on the warrior's energy.

If someone possessed a tenth-level sword, it could increase the warrior's energy by about 10 percent. A ninth-level sword could increase energy by about 20 percent. And a first-level sword could increase energy by up to 100 percent.

However, the locket was entirely different. A first-level locket could unleash an attack in the middle of battle as powerful as a strike from a warrior of the Blood Realm or the Lord Realm. It completely depended on the warrior who was using it.

Similarly, alchemists also had levels. The higher their level, the more intense and powerful the energy of their pills or medicines became.

While thinking about all this, Rahul arrived at the main gate of a city. He read the name written above the gate—Rawat Nagar.

After reading the name, he entered the city. Inside, he first found a restaurant and had a meal. While eating, his full attention was on the conversations of the people around him. He wanted to hear something useful, but even after listening for quite some time, he did not learn anything important.

After finishing his meal, he found an inn in the city and decided to stay there.

He had stored many necessary resources inside the separate dimension within the locket. He had enough resources to easily reach the tenth stage of the Mani Realm. Beyond that, he would need to gather resources on his own.

After reaching his room, Rahul immediately sat down to cultivate and began increasing his energy level. Time passed quickly. Before he realized it, an entire year had gone by.

Today, he opened his eyes. He had successfully entered the tenth stage of the Mani Realm. Finally, he took a deep breath and walked out of his room. As the rays of the sun fell upon his eyes, he closed them for a few moments.
