One after another, the Shadow Clones burst into smoke.
In terms of taijutsu, even Naruto while using the Nine-Tails Chakra was far from Sora's level.
"Darkness Jutsu."
Sora spoke coldly.
In an instant, every Shadow Clone lost its vision.
At the same time, Sora began forming another ninjutsu.
"Water Release—"
"I've already figured this move out! Ragengan!"
Suddenly, Naruto charged forward from the darkness.
Using the cover of his numerous Shadow Clones, he had quietly approached Sora.
The Ragengan forming in Naruto's hand shocked everyone present.
"That's the Fourth Hokage's technique!"
"I thought only Sora knew that jutsu! When did Naruto learn it?" Sakura Haruno cried out in shock.
The audience erupted in disbelief.
Even more shocking was the fact that Naruto had not been affected by the Darkness Jutsu and had accurately located Sora's position.
He had actually cracked the Second Hokage's technique.
"What?" Sasuke Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake had just arrived at the arena and witnessed this scene.
Sasuke was especially stunned.
During the past month he had trained day and night, believing he would surpass everyone else.
Yet the person he had always called the dead last was now fighting Sora head-on.
The massive number of Shadow Clones and the powerful Ragengan were already stronger than the new jutsu Sasuke had just mastered.
The thought made Sasuke extremely unwilling to accept reality.
"He might actually win," Ino Yamanaka said in disbelief.
"Naruto's performance is impressive," Neji Hyuga said calmly from nearby, "and I admit he is no longer the dead last. But he still cannot win.
You haven't fought Sora before, so you don't understand his power. So far he hasn't even used any truly powerful techniques.
No one knows what secrets he is hiding."
Neji's words were like a bucket of cold water poured over everyone's excitement.
Naruto Uzumaki was indeed impressive.
But it still was not enough.
The next moment proved Neji was correct.
Just as Naruto's Ragengan was about to strike Sora, a hand suddenly grabbed Naruto's wrist.
The spinning sphere of Chakra stopped.

"I must admit, your performance exceeded my expectations," Sora said calmly. "Among your group, the strongest now is not Sasuke Uchiha, but you."
Sasuke's face darkened instantly.
However, facts spoke louder than pride.
The current Naruto Uzumaki was indeed powerful.
Even Sasuke could not confidently claim he would win against him.
"But it still isn't enough."
Before Naruto could react, Sora kicked him in the stomach.
Naruto was sent flying once again and crashed into the arena wall.
"How can this be?" Naruto gasped in disbelief.
He had worked desperately for a month to learn the Ragengan.
He had even used Shadow Clones to break through the Darkness Jutsu.
He believed victory was within reach.
Yet it still failed.
"It's simple," Sora said calmly. "You hid one Shadow Clone at the beginning to observe the battlefield. After the Darkness Jutsu activated, that clone became your eyes.
But no matter how powerful a technique is, it still depends on the user. Your speed is too slow. It is impossible for you to hit me."
Sora raised his right hand.
A Ragengan began forming within his palm.
Everyone thought he would use it to finish Naruto.
But he did not attack.
"Kakashi should have told you during the Land of Waves mission that Ragengan is actually an incomplete jutsu," Sora said calmly.
"It was created by the Fourth Hokage but was never fully completed. He died before finishing its final stage."
The seemingly casual explanation made several people suddenly tense.
Kakashi Hatake's expression changed drastically as his Sharingan activated instinctively.
Sasuke Uchiha also activated his Sharingan.
Several Jonin leaned forward.
Even the Third Hokage and Orochimaru, disguised as the Kazekage, stared intently.
A terrifying invisible pressure began spreading across the arena.
Although nothing had visibly changed, many spectators felt as if an enormous tidal wave was crashing down upon them.
Breathing suddenly became difficult.
"What? This isn't Fire Nature Transformation... it's Water!" Orochimaru's face turned extremely grim.
He finally realized something frightening.
During their previous battle, Sora had hidden far more trump cards than anyone imagined.
