However, in terms of raw power, Sora refused to lose.
For the first time, he could unleash his full close-combat strength without restraint.
His blood boiled with excitement.
Sora combined Monster Strength Fist, Heavenly Foot of Pain, and several taijutsu techniques he had observed from Rock Lee.
He spun and launched a powerful kick.

A blazing torrent of flames surged forward and devoured the incoming fireball.
Hidden nearby, Hyuga Hinata stared in shock.
She thought in disbelief that this could not possibly be a battle between Genin.
Even a Jonin-level fight might not look much stronger than this.
Beside her, Inuzuka Kiba and Aburame Shino were equally stunned.
Even if they failed the Chunin Exams, witnessing this battle alone felt worthwhile.
Orochimaru stepped through the flames and said with interest, "Not bad, but it's still not enough."
He smiled coldly and added, "Let me see where your limits lie."
He rushed forward again.
Dozens of venomous snakes burst from his sleeves.
Sora formed a sphere of swirling chakra in his hand and said calmly, "Rasengan."
The spinning chakra sphere crushed forward.
All the attacking snakes were instantly torn apart.
Orochimaru's eyes flashed with surprise.
"Oh? I didn't expect you to learn the Fourth Hokage's technique."
This time he was genuinely surprised.
Sora's strength had far exceeded his expectations.
However, Orochimaru still did not consider him worthy of becoming a vessel.
He wanted to push Sora further to reveal his true limits.
Orochimaru suddenly activated another technique.
"Striking Snake Step."
Two enormous pythons appeared instantly.
Each one was dozens of times larger than the previous snakes.
They coiled tightly around Sora's body while another snake lunged toward his neck.

Flames engulfed the snakes and Sora simultaneously.

A powerful stream of water suddenly descended from above.

The high-pressure jet slammed Orochimaru directly into the ground.
Sora spoke calmly, "Your Substitution Jutsu is good, but you're not the only one who knows it."
Suddenly Orochimaru emerged from a tree beneath Sora's feet.
The giant snakes lunged again, attempting to bind him.
Sora's eyes remained calm.
Kage-level opponents were truly difficult to deal with.
Orochimaru had not even used his real techniques yet.
With just simple abilities, he had already pushed Sora this far.
In this state, Sora clearly could not compete.
Nearby, Hinata whispered anxiously, "He's going to lose."
Kiba immediately stopped her.
"Don't act recklessly, Hinata." He continued nervously, "That's Orochimaru, he's on a completely different level from us. If we interfere, we'll only die and become a burden."
Orochimaru stared at Sora closely.
He thought silently, Is that really all he has?

Sora activated a hidden technique.
"Rampage."

The two energies fused into his blood and Qi.
His entire body underwent a shocking transformation.
Previously, Sora had already mastered the technique of combining Water, Fire, and blood energy.
Now the effect became far stronger than it had been during the Land of Waves battle.
Many of Sora's secret techniques were still evolving.
Just like the Sharingan, they could continue developing to higher stages.
If his previous Rampage had been like one-tomoe Sharingan, then this new version had reached the two-tomoe stage.
The power difference was enormous.
Orochimaru's pupils narrowed slightly.
Sora's chakra and physical condition had suddenly undergone a dramatic transformation.

A sonic explosion echoed through the forest.
A violent gust of wind swept through the battlefield.
Sora burst forward like a crimson meteor.
A blood-red aura erupted from his body, instantly tearing through the giant snakes.
In his palm, a blazing sphere of energy condensed.
It looked like a miniature sun.
The terrifying heat distorted the air around it.
Sora roared fiercely, "Orochimaru, die!"
"Fire Release: Blazing Spiral!"
